Lisi is newbie into the mortgage industry space having qualified as a Financial Advisor over a year ago. She has 20+ years’ experience in back-office finance managing, coaching, and developing people to achieve their potential.

Lisi changed career path at this late stage in her life because she had a strong impression to give back to her community and help people. She had no idea leaving her employment and a good salary of what that looked like much to her husbands’ dismay.  The journey has been difficult, family goals have been delayed and put on hold, and she has been tempted several times to chuck it all in and go back to normal employment. However, the why for leaving is just as strong today as it was 3 years ago. Lisi has seen the inequities that exists in her communities, the struggles to belong and be accepted, the gaps in knowledge preventing many from believing and knowing they can dream and achieve their dreams just like everyone else.

So, her drive and passion are to change the trajectory of how our community thinks, how we see ourselves, how we live, and know the power is within us to make these changes today.  This is the beginning of Lisi's journey to provide a pathway that will inspire the rising generation to aspire, work and dream greatness. Owning your own home is the Kiwi dream. Ours is to just have a roof over our head, maybe state house until we die. The Kiwi dream is to build wealth through property and other investments, so we can enjoy retirement. Ours is to have enough money to put food on the table and pay the bills. We can change this for our children and their children.
