Royce is a qualified Insurance Advisor of 11 years with a total of 20 years experience in the banking industry. He has helped numerous families across NZ achieve their best protection solutions with many referring their friends and family due to his friendly approach & trusted advice.

Before The Mortgage Hub, Royce worked his final 3 years at a major bank facilitating branch managers and staff on ethical conversations with customers on their protection needs and wellbeing. Now, he is passionate about giving advice but this time on a community level, where he can use his knowledge to simplify the complex task of document wordings and pricing so more customers have an affordable plan they can understand and depend on at any of Life's unexpected moments of truth.

Royce has 2 daughters with his eldest following his footsteps in banking, and his youngest an avid oval ball runner in high school. His hobbies include sports photography and BBQ's while cherishing time with family, friends and community.
